Returns & Exchanges

At Hymn & Her, every item is custom-printed just for you as soon as you place an order. Because we create our products on-demand rather than in bulk, we have a specific return policy to ensure we can keep sharing our message of faith.

Please review the guidelines below before making your purchase.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

We want you to love your gear! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a clear misprint, we will make it right at no cost to you.

  • Timeline: Please contact us within 20 days of receiving your item to report a defect.

  • Process: Send an email to sweethomedesigns17@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately.

Lost in Transit

If your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please let us know. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to get a replacement to you.

Sizing, Addresses, and "Change of Heart"

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Sizing Issues: Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We cannot accept returns if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the item.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to send it back out to you.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that go unclaimed at your local post office or shipping center and are returned to us will be held for 30 days. After that time, unclaimed items are donated to charity.
